His most recent ribbons - a 2nd at IAOBA behind the Color Champion, judges comments included "realy lovely fleece on this guy. Great fineness and density." 1st at Midwest Alpaca Fest. Northern Illinois show at Grayslake another blue for Little Bear. Comments included "he is a breeding male who is retaining the fineness in his fleece". IAOBA show 2009 1st place. Judge commented that he really appreciated a breeding male of his age retaining the fineness.
CRIA - OUT OF 8 CRIA ALL HAVE BEEN FEMALE BUT ONE. CRIA IN COLORS RANGING FROM WHITE TO BAY BLACK
His most recent cria - a little female and a male born this fall are absolutley stunning. We are looking forward to showing them. The little girl born to Willow has had tight crimpy curls from day one and is full of spunk. She is a goregeous maroon color. His only son is a dark fawn who appears to have excellent density for a cria. He also has some very good crimp showing. We are quite please with both.

Naomi's Whispering Willow
| Medium Brown |
Willow was the first alpaca we purchased. We fell in love with her inquisitive nature and beautiful face. She has correct conformation and soft bright fleece. She has a very pretty head and the color of brown fleece that almost looks maroon. Yarn spun from her fleece is always the first to sell out in our farm store and customers request it. She is very curious, always in the center of the action. She loves to be sprayed with hose in the summer time. She loves her food and is the first to come running at feeding time. She eats treats from our hands. We absolutely love her. She would be very hard to part with.
Willow has given us lovely cria. She puts gorgeous heads on her cria and passes on her gentle nature. Her cria have all been quite soft with beautiful crimp structure. Her son Thriller has wonderful black fleece and very good density for a black.
She just delivered an absolutely beautiful little girl out of Little Bear. She is the same maroon color as Willow and has had crimpy curls from day one. She will be one to watch and we are very excited about what the match up of Willow and Little Bear has produced.

Details
Ursa Minor, the feminine version of Little Bear. Little Bear sure did a good job reproducing himself in this one! We are very pleased with what Bear has done here. Ursa was just the cutest little cria with a bundle of crimpy curls. She has grown into a nice young maiden. Ursa has a nice square body. Her fleece is very soft with nice crimp. Ursa should be old enough to breed in spring or summer of 2013. She should match up nicely with either Light Sabre or The Reverend. Her purchase price includes a breeding to either of them or any other herdsire available on our farm at the time of breeding.
She is very curious and friendly just like her mother. Willow is a farm favorite and this little gal's personality is so much like her mother!
